My mission is to help people find ways of adding more natural movement into their daily lives & I’m always trying to think of ways to make movement accessible, achievable & most importantly fun!

Here are some movement ideas to enjoy on your own, or with friends & family. All of them are about getting you to move your body more, creating different shapes & most importantly adding in a bit of fun...oh & some healthy challenge in there too!
Pick & choose which ones are for you. Be careful to play to your own level as sometimes challenges make us less mindful, but most importantly, I’d love you to just have some much needed and deserved fun & laughter!
