Moving with Reclaim Movement helps to improve your mobility, strength and builds greater confidence in how you move, as well as learning why our bodies thrive on movement. This is achieved by adding regular, accessible, healthy natural movements into daily life as well as exercise sessions.

After injury and 4 years of chronic pain, I discovered natural movement and haven’t looked back. I’m grateful to say I’m now pain-free and want to help you learn how to move better and move more with me. 

Reclaim Movement membership includes live group classes, all class replays, mini-movement breaks, tutorials, motivational messages and more, for you to practise and enjoy. 

My aim is for you to keep doing the things you love for life, have fun with movement and stay healthy as you age.

What does the Reclaim Movement membership include?

Live Classes & Replays

Even though I have not been able to attend live, I have enjoyed these sessions so much! I am seeing a significant difference in my strength, balance, ability to sit on the floor, get ups, etc. absolutely loving it!

Yesterday I went for a photo shoot with a 26 year old photographer. She asked me to sit on the floor for some poses as well as some very strange positions for my 62 year old body. I was so thrilled to recognize my ability to easily do what she asked! Also, we were shooting on a college campus, so I was surrounded by all young people, and while I felt a bit conspicuous, my ability to move helped me not to feel so old! Thank you Wendy for your classes… Looking forward to the next sessions too.
