Reclaim Movement is the trading name of Wendy Welpton. All references to “Reclaim Movement”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to this trading name.

    2.4 Communications Data: Emails, ManyChat interactions, responses to automated sequences.
    2.5 Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, FS tracking (including IP address, device, browser, approximate location, interaction patterns).
    2.6 Health Information (Private Coaching Only): PAR-Q responses and relevant history, collected only with explicit consent.

    3.1 To deliver services (Contract).
    3.2 To manage your account (Contract).
    3.3 To communicate with you: essential emails (Contract), marketing emails (Consent or Legitimate Interest).

    Purchase and account records: kept while active, then up to 6 years.
    Email marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe.
    Health data: retained for coaching duration + up to 6 years.
