If you would would like to get started with some natural momvement training and education, but don't feel you're quite ready for live classes, or if you would prefer an individually tailored programme due to personal circumstances such as a previous injury that you need to take into consideration, then please do get in touch so that we can discuss your personal circumstances.
Once we have decided whether we would like to work together, we have a FREE 1/2 hour new client assessment of your current physical capabilities & a discussion about your goals. We then book a regular weekly session between Tuesday - Thursday during the 5 week terms.
You can either have these sessions in person in my Cumnor Hill, Oxford private gym & garden (weather dependant) or on Zoom.
