Happier Hips in 5 Steps
Move differently. Feel better. Keep doing what you love for life.
You’ve always been on the move, but lately your body feels unfamiliar.
Getting off the floor takes more effort. You hesitate at stiles or stairs. Your hips feel stiff even after stretching.
And somewhere in the back of your mind is that whisper: “Is this just ageing?”
It’s not - you’re just missing a way of moving that works with your real life, not against it.
Because you haven’t been shown how to use your hips in everyday life, and every day you wait, you lose a little more ease and confidence.
You know these moments all too well:
You find your hand hovering above the handrail going downstairs.
You avoid sitting on the floor at family gatherings because getting up feels awkward.
You feel stiff every time you stand after sitting at your desk or in the car.
You’ve started quietly turning down activities you used to enjoy because you’re unsure of your body.
You’ve been told more stretching or adding more workouts are the answer - they’re not!
The real problem is that your hips have forgotten how to move as they’re meant to - throughout the day, in the ways you actually live.
When you retrain those everyday patterns, everything changes.
Why I created Happier Hips in 5 Steps
I’ve been where you are - active, capable, and then suddenly stopped in my tracks by pain and stiffness.
I had to rebuild my movement from the ground up, learning how to move in ways that felt safe, sustainable, and learned that to create these as habits, they had to be movements that would actually fit into my everyday life.
Now, as a Human Movement Restoration coach, I’ve helped hundreds of people restore confidence, capability, and comfort in their bodies, starting with these simple daily shifts that matter most.
This is for you if…
☑️ You’re ready to move forward - without rules, reps, or rigid plans.
☑️ You want something that fits your life and your body.
☑️ You’re done with “try harder” and you’re ready to move smarter.
If you’re ready to start moving better, in a way that suits your life…

Frequetly Asked Questions
Do I need to complete it in 5 days?
Not at all. Take 5 days, 5 weeks, or longer. Each step offers something simple and effective - go at your own pace and consolidate each step before you move on to add another.
What if I can’t do the movements ‘properly’?
Then you’re in the right place. These movements are low effort, safe, and easy to adapt. There’s no such thing as ‘perfect’ here - just the willingness to keep trying in your way.
Is this stretching or strength training?
It’s something better. You’ll build mobility; the combination of strength and flexibility - the ability to move with more freedom, ease, greater control and improved confidence.
