Natural movement isn’t rocket science, in fact it’s the skills we were born with! With the comforts and conveniences of our modern world, we’re now missing daily opportunities to ensure we move our bodies regularly in healthy ways, in order to keep us moving well for life.

This 5 Day course will introduce you to ideas about how to move more naturally in our modern environments and coach you through some movements to use as inspiration, helping you to start embracing a movement-rich life.

The course is delivered and hosted through the Reclaim Movement members website and app (please do not sign up via the app first - see below). On signing up to the course, you’ll be able to use the course materials until Tuesday 14th May and you’ll also have unlimited access to the full membership including live classes, replays and mini movement video library for the duration of the course.

The cost of the course is £28.99 (GBP) or $36.10 (USD). This is a one-off payment for the duration of the course with no ongoing commitment. Should you wish to create an ongoing membership to continue your access and become a Reclaim Movement member after the course, you’ll be sent an email telling you how to do so with an offer especially for those attending the course.

What does the 5 Day Course include?

Daily Audios

  • Each day there is an audio file (between 7-12 mins long) to listen to during the day about that day’s topic (e.g. when out on a walk, doing housework or preparing lunch)

  • Topics will cover different aspects of what a movement-rich life comprises and give you ideas how to add these movement pillars into your daily life

  • All course material will be saved in the course folder on the website & app (on the ‘Move’ page) for easy access

  • There’s also a recording of a group Q&A to finish off the week, but I’m always happy to answer further questions through the Community chat on the app.

Movement Coaching

  • Movement coaching tutorials are all saved in the Course folder on the website & the app

  • Most of the tutorials are approximately 30 minutes long and are based around introductory coaching of a few movements related to the daily topic (covering a variety of natural movement skills including ground movement, getting up and down, balancing and more)

  • Learn movement skills and try new less familiar movements that you can apply to daily life as well have some fun at the end of the week!

Homework downloads & Group Interaction

  • You will receive a ‘Welcome email’ on signing up, giving you all the details you need to access the course materials and an introductory video (also saved in the course folder in the web & app)

  • A course group chat is on the ‘Community’ page of the app to enable you to ask questions, interact, comment & share experiences

  • Each day (on both audio and coaching videos) there is a homework pdf and daily challenge attached to the videos for you to download and fill in to help you create a plan for the future.
