About Wendy
I’m Wendy, founder of Reclaim Movement, podcast host and author of Move Well for Life.
I came to this work the hard way, through years of chronic pain that left me cautious, frustrated and stuck. Learning natural movement restored not only my body, but my confidence and joy in life.
Since then, I’ve coached hundreds of people through natural movement, helping them build confidence, mobility and strength that truly lasts.

FAQs
What if I can’t join live?
No problem. Every session is recorded and uploaded. You can also submit questions for the Q&A via the community space.
How much time does it take?
Around 2 hours per week to attend live and watch the videos, but the magic happens when you start using the movements in your daily life.
Do I need to be fit already to join?
No. We start where you are and build gradually. This course is designed to help you build confidence from whatever your start point. You can go at your own pace. In terms of mobility being able to get off the ground (using hands or furniture) is a pre-requisite.
Is there a community space?
Yes! You’ll have the option to join a private group for encouragement and accountability. All announcements about the course will be posted there. Although it’s entirely up to you whether you wish to post, it’s warmly encouraged to help get the most from the course.
